Salmonella-infected chickens create large workload for Honkajoki company in Finland
The Honkajoki company, which processes slaughter waste and other animal-derived material, reports a significant but not entirely exceptional workload due to the slaughter of chickens infected with Salmonella. The bacteria will be eliminated through heat and pressure.
