Samsung Heavy launches US research hub in San Diego with SDSU
Samsung Heavy Industries announced Friday the establishment of its inaugural research hub in the United States, in collaboration with San Diego State University. The initiative aims to bolster technological cooperation and contribute to the revitalization of the US shipbuilding sector. The new facility, designated the SHI-SDSU Advanced Maritime Center (SSAM Center), is located in San Diego.
