San Diego Sheriff Blocks ICE from County Facilities, Maintains CBP Access

Sheriff Kelly Martinez has decided to block Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from using San Diego County firing ranges and training facilities, though access for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will be maintained.
