Sarajevo-gas Director Calls for Protection of RS Firms After Court Ruling

Nedeljko Elek, director of Sarajevo-gas, has criticized a court ruling favoring Energoinvest against his company and called on the RS Justice Minister, Goran Selak, to protect companies from Republika Srpska.

Direktor kompanije "Sarajevo-gas" iz Istočnog Sarajeva Nedeljko Elek ocijenio je kao "suludu" i još jednu u nizu loših odluka presudu u korist kompanije "Energoinvest" u pravnom sporu protiv "Sarajevo-gasa" i pozvao ministra pravde RS-a Gorana Selaka da uzme u zaštitu kompanije iz ovog entiteta.
