Serbian Academics Challenge SPIRI System, Demand University Autonomy

Representatives of the academic community in Serbia have submitted an initiative to the Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality and legality of introducing the SPIRI system in higher education, arguing that financial autonomy is crucial for university autonomy.
