Serbian Court Declares Energoprojekt Share Takeover Illegal

The Administrative Court in Serbia has accepted a lawsuit from the former management of Energoprojekt Holding, annulling the 2017 decision by the Securities Commission that allowed Napred razvoj and related companies to take over shares of the former giant.
