Serbian Geodetic Authority Launches New Citizen Communication Channel

The Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) in Serbia has announced the establishment of a new communication channel called "Directly to the Director." This platform will allow citizens to report instances of impolite, irresponsible, or unprofessional conduct by the authority's staff.
