Serbian REM Members Refuse to Return to Council

Four independent members of Serbia's Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) Council, who had previously resigned, have refused to return to their positions, stating that only the Parliament can reinstate them.

Četvoro izabranih nezavisnih članova Saveta Regulatornog tela za elektronske medije (REM), koji su ranije dali ostavke na ta mesta, odbili su da se vrate u Savet, samo na poziv skupštinskog Odbora za informisanje i kulturu, jer smatraju da samo Skupština može da otkloni pravne nedostatke čitavog procesa, kako zakon nalaže.
