Shinkansen resumes operation on all sections in Tohoku, Akita, and Yamagata

According to JR East, the Tohoku, Akita, and Yamagata Shinkansen lines, which had suspended operations between Tokyo Station and Shin-Aomori Station due to the earthquake, resumed service on all sections around 9 PM.
