Singapore to Launch 60-Storey BTO Flats at Pearl's Hill, Intensifying Land Use

Singapore's government will launch its first Build-to-Order (BTO) project at Pearl's Hill in over 40 years, featuring 60-storey flats as part of efforts to intensify land use. Another BTO project is also slated for launch next to Caldecott MRT station in October.
