Slovak state seeks to seize forest from owners near Malacky based on Beneš Decrees
The Slovak state enterprise Lesy SR is attempting to seize forest land from 150 owners in Zohor, Malacky district, based on the Beneš Decrees, despite no Hungarians living in the region. The state has prevented the forest community members from using their property for decades.
