Slovenia Halts Belvedere Roundabout Construction Due to Traffic Jams

Slovenia's Infrastructure Directorate has halted construction of the Belvedere roundabout and removed traffic lights, restoring the original traffic regime, after severe congestion and pressure from the local community.

Direkcija za infrastrukturo je po hudih prometnih zastojih popustila pod pritiski lokalne skupnosti in gospodarstva. Izvajalci so z gradbišča krožišča Belveder umaknili semafor in vzpostavili prvoten prometni režim. Pristojni so gradnjo prekinili in jo bodo nadaljevali šele po koncu poletja, sporočajo z direkcije.
