Slovenian Constitutional Court Upholds Ban on Pharmacists' Conscientious Objection
The Constitutional Court of Slovenia has ruled that the provision of the Pharmaceutical Activities Act, which does not allow pharmacists to exercise conscientious objection, is not unconstitutional, rejecting a request from the Slovenian Pharmacists' Union.
