Slovenian Man Caught Smuggling Chemicals and Gas Cylinders at Croatian Border

Croatian customs officials at the Tovarnik border crossing near Serbia stopped a Slovenian man who was transporting nearly 130 liters of herbicides, pesticides, veterinary medicines, and four gas cylinders. He was issued a fine exceeding 13,000 euros.

Hrvaški cariniki so na mejnem prehodu Tovarnik blizu meje s Srbijo ustavili Slovenca, ki je prevažal skoraj 130 litrov herbicidov, pesticidov in veterinarskih zdravil ter štiri plinske jeklenke. Izdali so mu plačilni nalog v višini več kot 13 tisoč evrov, plačati bo moral tudi za dobrih 1700 evrov stroškov uničenja blaga.
