DZ je na izredni seji z 82 glasovi za in nobenim proti potrdil mandate štirim nadomestnim poslancem, ki bodo nasledili poslance, ki so bili imenovani v novo vlado Janeza Janše. Nadomestni poslanci so Luka Simonič iz SDS, Andrej Černigoj in Janez Beja iz trojčka NSi, SLS in Fokus ter poslanec Demokratov Dejan Zakrajšek.
