Specializirano državno tožilstvo je zaključilo, da zoper Roka Snežiča niso bili zbrani dokazi na nivoju utemeljenega suma, da je storil kaznivo dejanje v zadevi Dars. Snežič je bil osumljen, da naj bi prejemal podkupnino za pomoči pri zagotavljanju posla z Darsom.
