Small Boats Visible on Radar Before Tjörn Accident, Swedish Commission Reports

The Swedish Accident Investigation Commission has reported that the recreational boat struck by the Norwegian cargo ship Misje Verde off Tjörn in July was visible on the ship's radar prior to the collision.
