SNS banner endangers protected birds in Belgrade

Supporters of Serbia's ruling SNS party hung a banner on a central Belgrade building, endangering white swifts, a protected bird species nesting there, an incident dubbed the 'Flamingo Revolution'.

Šta je to sa balkanskim autokratama i pticama? Nedavno su pristalice SNS-a na "Albaniji", zgradi u centru Beograda, okačile baner čime su ugrozile bele čiope, zaštićenu vrstu ptica koje su se tu ugnezdile. Predsednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić, koji voli životinje, tvrdi da za ovaj potez svojih simpatizera nije znao. Kao što nije znao ni za slanje 87, blago rečeno, sumnjivih aktivista u Tivat.
