South Korean Appellate Court Grants Leniency to Teens in Harassment Case
A South Korean appellate court has overturned an earlier prison sentence for teenagers convicted of years of violence and sexual harassment against a classmate, ordering them to be tried under the Juvenile Act instead. The Daejeon High Court's decision grants leniency to the offenders.
