Stalemate in the Municipality of Tirana after Ristani's dismissal/ Veliaj signs payroll himself from prison, approves additional funds for kindergartens and accepts three resignations

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has approved the first decisions today from IEVP Durrës, where he has been in pre-trial detention for 19 months.
