Nursing a pint at a pub a short walk from GSK Plc’s research headquarters in Stevenage, 30 miles north of London, Paul Jamison is fretting about the British drugmaker’s campus becoming a wasteland. The town’s largest employer is leaving, with the majority of its 1,800 scientists and support staff moving to Cambridge.
