Study Reveals Majority of Drivers Exceed Speed Limits in 30 km/h Zones
A study by the Vias Institute, which measured the speeds of 2.3 million motorists, found that the majority of drivers significantly exceed the speed limit in 30 km/h zones, with one driver recorded at 119 km/h.
