Russian forces strike Sumy region nearly 45 times in 24 hours: authorities update death and injury toll

Over the past 24 hours, from the morning of July 3 to the morning of July 4, the Russian military attacked the Sumy region nearly 45 times; five people were killed and about 60 were wounded as a result of the shelling.
