Sunil Lahri says ‘Gen Z, Gen Alpha’ labels are dividing generations

Ramayan actor Sunil Lahri has sparked debate with his comments on Gen Z and Gen Alpha, saying such labels are taking younger generations “away from us” and are not rooted in Indian culture. He urged schools to incorporate Gurukul values into modern education, arguing that traditional learning can help preserve Indian sanskar, respect and cultural identity.
