Suspect Indicted in 2012 Murder of Transgender Sex Worker in Rouen
Fourteen years after the body of Walter Zapata Flores, a transgender sex worker known as Kassandra, was found strangled and burned in Rouen, a 44-year-old man has been indicted and placed in provisional detention following new DNA evidence that relaunched the investigation in 2023.
