Suspects detained for catalytic converter theft
Suspects have been detained due to the risk of repeating the criminal offense of stealing catalytic converters. One Turkish citizen, Y. U., was also detained due to the risk of flight, according to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.
