Wird die Volksinitiative der SVP zur 10-Millionen-Schweiz angenommen, so würde das keineswegs das «Chaos» bedeuten. Die Politik hätte viel Zeit für die Erarbeitung von Massnahmen zur Einhaltung der Zehn-Millionen-Grenze.
