Sweden Considers Proposal to Demolish Empty Residential Buildings
A proposal from Sveriges Allmännytta suggests that the state should provide guarantees to make it easier for municipalities to demolish and redevelop empty residential buildings. The CEO, Cathrine Holgersson, stated that many places would benefit from tearing down several houses.
