Swiss Family Policy Debates Cost-Effectiveness of Parental Leave and Childcare Subsidies

A new study by the IWP questions existing family policy dogmas in Switzerland, suggesting that nationwide childcare subsidies are inefficient and extended parental leave would offer little additional benefit, while tax deductions are most effective.
