Swiss SVP Politician Resigns National Council Seat and Party Leadership Role

A 63-year-old member of the Swiss People's Party (SVP) from Glarus has stepped down from his National Council mandate and simultaneously resigned as president of the SVP cantonal branch in Aargau.
