Wer kein Recht auf Asyl hat, soll aus der EU in Drittstaaten ausgeschafft werden können. Als Schengen-Land muss auch die Schweiz diesen Entscheid umsetzen. Während die SVP an «vorderster Front» mitmachen will, spricht sich die SP gegen «vorauseilenden Gehorsam» aus.
