Switzerland to Join Agreement on Special Tribunal for Aggression Against Ukraine

Switzerland has informed the Council of Europe of its intention to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement, which enables the establishment of a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
