Teen Arrested for Rakuten Mobile Fraud, 5 Million IDs Found
A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested in Japan for creating a website to facilitate fraudulent Rakuten Mobile contracts, with police finding approximately 5 million stolen IDs and passwords on his computer.
