Tepeapulco Mayor Denounces 100 Million Peso Deficit and Irregularities

The mayor of Tepeapulco, Hidalgo, Félix Ávila, has reported a 100 million peso deficit and filed eight complaints regarding alleged irregularities, stating that certain assets are not part of the City Council's patrimony.
