Terror plot foiled in Chandigarh; three arrested with bomb materials

A terror plot was foiled in Chandigarh with the arrest of three individuals found with a DIY bomb, a firearm, and 5 kg of gelatin sticks in a tiffin box near a bus stand. The suspects are believed to have links with the Babbar Khalsa International.
