Thai industry groups intervene in shrimp market after Malaysian import suspension

The Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Thai Frozen Foods Association have begun direct purchases of shrimp from farmers to counter the impact of Malaysia's recent suspension of Thai shrimp imports.
