Thailand Revises Welfare Card Rules, Extends Appeal Deadline

Thailand's Finance Ministry has adjusted the eligibility criteria for the state welfare card scheme, allowing owners of older vehicles to retain benefits and extending the appeal deadline for unsuccessful applicants until September 20.
