Three arrested in Hokkaido wind power fraud case
Three individuals have been arrested in connection with a fraud case involving a wind power generation project in Hokkaido. They are accused of deceiving a Tokyo-based company out of 200 million yen by falsely claiming a foreign company was interested in acquiring the project rights.
