Three Drivers Arrested for Drunk Driving in Pljevlja, Montenegro

Traffic police in Pljevlja, Montenegro, arrested three drivers overnight for driving under the influence of alcohol. One driver, J.K. (35), was found with a blood alcohol level of 3.67 per mille.
