Tokyo Considers Reopening Bear Hunting After 20 Years
Following incidents involving Asiatic black bears in the Tama region, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is considering a limited reopening of bear hunting within the city for the first time in approximately 20 years, a practice currently prohibited under wildlife protection plans.
