Toronto Man Found Not Criminally Responsible Granted Escorted City Visits

A Toronto man, diagnosed with schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, and cannabis use disorder, who was found not criminally responsible for stabbing a stranger and killing his brother, has been granted escorted city visits despite being deemed a "significant threat."
