Tourist Critical After Cliff Rockfall at Lefkada's Famous Nydri Waterfalls

A 50-year-old Greek-British woman is in critical condition after being struck on the head by a falling rock at the popular Nydri Waterfalls on the Ionian island of Lefkada. The rock detached from a cliff face above the Dimossari Waterfalls, near the resort town of Nydri, as the woman visited the site with a group, according to local media.
