A railbus driver, Piotr K., has been convicted for unintentionally causing a land traffic disaster in Poland, after a head-on collision with another train resulted from his failure to properly observe the track and regulate speed.

Maszynista szynobusa Piotr K. został skazany za nieumyślne spowodowanie katastrofy w ruchu lądowym. Zdaniem śledczych, mężczyzna "nie obserwował należycie przedpola jazdy i nie regulował prędkości składu". Doszło do czołowego zderzenia z pociągiem osobowym, dziewięć osób zostało rannych.
