Transgender Students' Former Names and Photos Must Be Removed from Yearbooks Upon Request in Hungary
Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) has ruled that the former names and photographs of transgender students must be removed from school yearbooks upon their request, as public display is based on voluntary consent.
