Tropical Depression 'Caloy' Monitored Outside PAR, May Enter Next Week
A low-pressure area east of northeastern Mindanao has intensified into a tropical depression, which Pagasa is monitoring outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. It is expected to enter PAR next week and will be named 'Caloy'.
