Two Arrested for Fraudulent Credit Card Purchases in Japan
Two suspects in their 30s have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department in Japan for allegedly making large fraudulent purchases of gift certificates and other items using credit cards of debtors gathered via social media, while also changing registered addresses to fictitious ones to evade payment demands.
