Typhoon Forces Evacuations in Japan and Shuts Down Parts of Taiwan
Authorities in Japan have ordered approximately 2.2 million people across 13 prefectures in the Kinki and Kyushu regions to evacuate due to a typhoon, which has also caused heavy rain and shutdowns in parts of Taiwan.
