U.S. Energy Secretary Visits Venezuela for Chevron Oil Expansion Deal

The U.S. Energy Secretary has arrived in Caracas to oversee an agreement allowing Chevron to significantly increase oil production in Venezuela. Backed by the Trump administration, the deal aims to more than double Venezuelan output within the next few years.
