UCO Reveals Cerdán's Increased Cash Spending During Ábalos's Contract Awards
Spain's UCO has uncovered that the former PSOE 'number two', Cerdán, significantly increased his cash spending at Servinabar, totaling 323,000 euros over 10 years, and moved substantial 'cash' during the period when Ábalos was awarding contracts in Transportes, with Cerdán's wife also receiving 18,700 euros without working.
