Ukraine, Germany exploring equipment to restore Chornobyl’s New Safe Confinement

First Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal discussed the possibility of securing reserve equipment to restore the New Safe Confinement at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant with a delegation of German companies that arrived in Ukraine together with German Federal Minister for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.
